The Women's Essentials Pack

The gaps that actually show up in women's intake data, sorted into one daily packet.

This pack is built around the shortfalls that actually show up in women's intake data — vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium, B vitamins, calcium — rather than the same multivitamin in a pastel bottle with a rose on it. One item comes with a condition attached: iron belongs in your pack only if a ferritin test says it does, confirmed with your clinician, because taking iron on a hunch is one of the few genuinely bad ideas in this category. Everything else is a straightforward gap-filler at a dose that matches the research.

What this pack is for

  • Targets the nutrients women's intake data most consistently comes up short on — vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium, and B vitamins.
  • Iron is conditional, not automatic: it goes in the packet only with confirmed low ferritin and clinician sign-off. Test first, supplement second.
  • Calcium citrate in split doses, because absorption per serving is capped and food is still meant to be the primary source.
  • Magnesium bisglycinate in the evening — a form gentle enough for bedtime that supports sleep quality and normal muscle function.
  • Pre-sorted into daily packets, third-party tested, pharmaceutical-grade, delivered monthly.

The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: Magnesium is the only same-week item most people register — easier wind-down in the evening and less muscle tension. Everything else is quietly getting to work.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: B vitamins and omega-3 are background infrastructure. If iron is in your pack because your ferritin came back low, this is roughly the window where people start noticing a difference in stamina.
  3. 038+ weeks: Vitamin D status moves slowly and calcium is a decades-long project. Re-test vitamin D at three months instead of guessing, and re-check ferritin if iron is in your pack.
  • 52 clinical-grade compounds
  • 4 to 8 per pack
  • Third-party tested

Questions

Why subscribe instead of buying the six bottles myself?

You skip the shipping charges and sales tax you would pay elsewhere. The rest of the case is logistical: thirty pre-sorted packets instead of six bottles on a shelf, third-party tested and pharmaceutical-grade, one delivery date instead of five reorders you keep forgetting. Your tier is set by the number of supplements in the pack, not by which ones — so swapping calcium for something else does not change what you pay.

How do you decide whether iron is in my pack?

You do, with your clinician. We do not put iron in a pack on the basis of a quiz answer. Ask for a ferritin test — it is inexpensive and routine — and if it comes back low, iron earns its slot. If it comes back normal, that slot goes to something you will actually benefit from instead.

What if this isn't the right pack for me?

Then we change it, and the quiz exists for exactly that: 52 compounds in the formulary, four to eight in a pack, built around what you are actually solving for. Swaps are free in both senses — any compound for any other, with no change to your price. If you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, or taking prescription medication, review this pack with your clinician first — nutrient needs shift meaningfully in those windows.

Can I change or pause the subscription?

Yes. It ships monthly and stays editable between shipments — swap a compound or pause delivery from your account. Nothing here requires a year of bottles bought in advance. The one ask: give any change roughly eight weeks before deciding whether it earned its place.

Not sure this is the right pack?

The consultation matches your answers against all 52 compounds. No card required to see your results.
