Editorial standards
This library exists to answer supplement questions the way we'd want them answered: with doses, evidence grades, and honest limits — not miracle language.
Who writes this
Vitality Stacks Learn is produced by the team behind Vitality Stacks, a personalized supplement service that builds daily packs from a formulary of 52 compounds, each at a defined dose. We formulate stacks for a living. The editorial rule is simple: we publish the same guidance we use to build packs — nothing we wouldn't put in one.
Pages are researched and written by our editorial team against published human research, and updated when that research changes. No page in this library has been clinically reviewed yet. If one is, it will show the reviewer, their credentials and the review date, and not before. If the evidence for something is thin, the page says so.
Our medical advisor

Dr. Garrett Wdowin is a naturopathic doctor specializing in anti-aging and regenerative medicine, with expertise in environmental medicine. He is the founder of Wdowin NMD in Corona del Mar, California.
He earned his undergraduate degree at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Medical advisor is an advisory role. Dr. Wdowin has not reviewed the articles in this library, and no page here has been clinically reviewed yet. A page will name its reviewer, with the review date, only once it has been.
Disclosure. Dr. Wdowin also develops his own products, including Cover Three, a supplement for athletes, and Ingenious IVs, an IV nutrition therapy.
How we grade evidence
Every benefit claim on this site carries one of three grades:
- Strong evidence — multiple randomized controlled human trials point the same direction at realistic doses.
- Moderate evidence — human evidence exists but is limited in size, duration, or consistency.
- Emerging evidence — mechanistic, animal, or early human data. Promising is not proven, and we label it that way.
Who this is written for
Adults, 18 and over. Every dose, protocol and recommendation on this site assumes an adult reader. We do not write supplement guidance for children or teenagers, and we do not target those searches — dosing in growing bodies is a different discipline and belongs with a pediatric clinician.
Where a compound carries a specific risk to children, we say so plainly rather than staying silent. Iron is the clearest case: accidental ingestion is a genuine danger, so our iron page tells you to keep it out of reach. A warning is not the same as an invitation.
What we will not publish
- Supplement guidance aimed at children or teenagers, at any dose, for any goal.
- Disease-treatment claims. Supplements support normal structure and function; they do not treat, cure, or prevent disease, and no page here will imply otherwise.
- Advice about prescription medications beyond "talk to your prescriber or pharmacist."
- Doses outside the ranges used in published human research.
- Miracle framing: no "nature's Adderall," no "melts fat," no "doubles your testosterone."
The business model, stated plainly
Vitality Stacks sells supplement packs. That is exactly why the content stays conservative: a personalized-pack company wins when you take the four to six right things at the right doses, not when you buy fifteen bottles. When the honest answer is "you probably don't need this," the page says that.
Disclaimer
Written for adults aged 18 and over. This content is for education only and is not medical advice. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with your clinician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Supplements for children are a pediatric clinician's decision — keep all supplements out of reach of children.
