The Foundations Pack

The four compounds the consultation gives almost everyone. Start here if you would rather not answer questions today.

We ran twenty thousand answer profiles through our own recommendation engine to see which compounds it actually reaches for. Four came up again and again: magnesium glycinate in ninety-nine per cent of finished stacks, a methylated B-complex in about four out of five, with omega-3 and vitamin D close behind. Those four are this pack. It is the honest middle between taking nothing and taking fifteen things, and it is the base layer the sleep, recovery and hormone packs all assume is already in place. Set your expectations correctly: this is preventive infrastructure, not a feeling.

What this pack is for

  • The four compounds our own engine puts in almost every stack, without answering a single question.
  • Covers the shortfalls modern life actually creates: little sunlight, little oily fish, and a mineral most diets run short on.
  • Supports normal energy metabolism, bone and cardiovascular health, and sleep quality — as a background job rather than a daily sensation.
  • Replaces a shelf of bottles with one pre-sorted packet a day, delivered monthly.
  • The forms that absorb: D3 with K2, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, methylated B vitamins, and real EPA and DHA.

What's inside

Magnesium Glycinate

The depleted mineral
133 mg elemental per capsule, in the evening

Omega 3

The missing fish
700 mg combined EPA and DHA per capsule, with a meal

Vitamin D + K2

The indoor-life correction
5,000 IU D3 with K2, taken with fat

Methyl B-Complex

The everyday cofactors
One capsule in the morning
4 supplements · one daily packet Pricing confirmed at checkout

The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: you will not feel anything, and that is the correct outcome. The only common early effect is magnesium in the evening nudging your sleep.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: if your B vitamin intake was genuinely low, everyday energy metabolism is where people tend to notice something first. If it was not, you will notice nothing, which is also fine.
  3. 038+ weeks: this is when a vitamin D retest earns its cost. Give deficiency corrections eight to twelve weeks, then measure rather than re-guess.
Want the reasoning first? We wrote the full protocol behind this pack — the evidence grade for every compound, the doses, and what we deliberately left out.
  • 52 clinical-grade compounds
  • 4 to 8 per pack
  • Third-party tested
  • Delivered monthly

Questions

Why these four and not any others?

Because they are what our recommendation engine actually chooses. Across twenty thousand simulated answer profiles, magnesium glycinate appeared in ninety-nine per cent of finished stacks and a methylated B-complex in about four in five, with omega-3 and vitamin D close behind. Rather than hide that behind the word personalized, we have made it a pack you can buy in one click.

Then why take the consultation at all?

Because the consultation is where everything else lives. These four are the common answer; they are not the whole answer. If you have a specific goal, such as sleep that will not settle or training you are not recovering from, the consultation builds around this base rather than repeating it.

Why pay for this when a drugstore multivitamin costs a fraction as much?

Because a multivitamin gives you trivial doses of things you already get enough of. This is four nutrients in the forms that absorb, with the amount printed on the label rather than hidden inside a proprietary blend.

How do I know it is doing anything?

Test, do not guess. A vitamin D level after three months is cheap and tells you precisely whether your dose is right. Beyond labs the honest markers are boring: steadier sleep, training that still progresses, fewer weeks derailed by feeling run down.

Do I have to commit to a year?

No. Packs ship monthly and you can change compounds, pause, or cancel between shipments. The one thing worth committing to is consistency — a foundation stack taken four days a week is mostly a donation.

Not sure this is the right pack?

The consultation matches your answers against all 52 compounds. No card required to see your results.
