The Energy Pack
Energy is produced, not borrowed. No stimulants in the box.
This is the anti-stimulant pack. Nothing in it blocks fatigue for four hours and bills you for it tomorrow — the six compounds here support the machinery that makes energy and the systems that stop you burning through reserves. Before you buy, do the boring thing and ask a clinician to check iron, B12 and vitamin D, because correcting a genuine deficiency beats everything on this list.
What this pack is for
- Supports cellular energy production — creatine for the phosphocreatine buffer, CoQ10 for mitochondrial function
- Helps correct the vitamin D shortfall that is common in people who work indoors
- Supports resilience to fatigue during demanding, high-stress stretches
- Promotes exercise capacity and steadier output on training days
- Helps maintain a metabolic base most diets miss, via EPA/DHA
What's inside
Creatine
CoQ10
Rhodiola
Vitamin D + K2
Omega 3
Taurine
The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.
You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.
What to expect
- 01Week 1: rhodiola is the only quick one here, and it shows up as less fatigue under load rather than a lift. Everything else is still loading.
- 02Weeks 2–4: creatine saturates muscle stores at 5 g a day in roughly three to four weeks. Training output and mental stamina usually turn first.
- 038+ weeks: if vitamin D was genuinely low, correction shows on a retest and in how you feel around the two-month mark. Retest rather than re-guess.
- 52 clinical-grade compounds
- 4 to 8 per pack
- Third-party tested
- Delivered monthly
Questions
A six-supplement pack is not the cheap option. What am I actually paying for?
Six compounds at doses that do something, in forms that absorb — vitamin D3 paired with K2, omega-3 as EPA/DHA, all third-party tested and pharmaceutical-grade. Buying the same six separately means six bottles, six serving sizes and a lot of guessing. The tier covers any six compounds you like, so trading one for another never moves your price.
Do I need all six?
Probably not, and the quiz is how we find out. A pack holds four to eight compounds from a 52-compound formulary, so if your vitamin D already runs sufficient, that slot goes to something you actually need — same count, same price. Bring recent bloodwork if you have it — it makes the build far less speculative, which is the entire point of building around you instead of a shelf.
What if it does nothing?
That is a real possibility, so let us name it. If your fatigue is untreated sleep debt, an iron or thyroid issue, or a schedule no capsule can fix, this pack will underwhelm — supplements support normal function, they do not treat medical conditions. Get the bloodwork with your clinician, tell us what came back, and we will rebuild the pack around the answer.
Can I pause it?
Yes — skip a month, pause indefinitely, change compounds, or cancel from your account. No annual contract, no minimum shipments. One request: give creatine and vitamin D a full eight weeks before you judge them. Both load slowly, and cancelling in week two tells you nothing except that two weeks is short.
