The Focus Pack

Calm, locked-in attention. Same alertness, less edge.

This pack is built for the fourth hour of hard cognitive work, not the first ten minutes. The headline move is theanine alongside the caffeine you already drink — it keeps the alertness and files down the jitter — while the rest builds mental stamina over weeks. To be blunt: this is not comparable to a prescription stimulant, and anything sold as if it were is overclaiming.

What this pack is for

  • Supports calm, sustained attention when paired with your usual morning caffeine
  • Helps maintain cognitive stamina under fatigue and heavy workload
  • Plays a role in memory support over the long run, via lion's mane
  • Supports the structural base of the brain with EPA/DHA
  • Promotes steadier focus through high-pressure stretches

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: theanine with your coffee is same-day — most people notice it the first morning. Rhodiola usually lands inside the first week.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: creatine saturates. It shows up as cognitive stamina late in a hard day, not as a different brain.
  3. 038+ weeks: lion's mane is the long game. The human research on memory ran two to four months, so treat it as a quarter-long experiment.

Questions

Is a five-supplement subscription worth it over buying the bottles?

Judge it against the alternative: five bottles, five serving sizes, and the two you forget on the shelf. This is the same five in the right forms, third-party tested, pre-sorted into daily packets and delivered monthly. One flat price covers whichever five you end up with — swap the mushroom for something else and you pay the same.

How does the pack get personalized?

The quiz asks about your energy, focus, sleep, stress and training. From there we build a pack of four to eight compounds out of the whole formulary. If you do not drink coffee, theanine plays a different role, and you can swap it for something else. If memory is the priority, the mushroom stays and something else goes. Those trades are free: only the number of supplements changes your tier.

What if this is not right for me?

Tell us and we change it — swap a compound, drop one, or move to a different pack between shipments. Two limits worth stating plainly: this is not a substitute for prescription treatment, and if attention problems are affecting your work or relationships, that is a clinician conversation. If you are pregnant or nursing, or take any daily medication, clear the list with them first.

What happens if I want to stop?

You stop. Skip a month, pause, change the contents, or cancel from your account — no annual contract and no minimum shipments. The one thing we would push back on is quitting at week two: theanine is same-day, but creatine and mushroom extract are measured in weeks and months, and week two is not a verdict.
