The Sleep Pack

Five compounds that help you wind down. No melatonin, no knockout pill.

This pack is for people whose problem is winding down, not people looking to be switched off. Nothing in it sedates you, and there is no melatonin in it: a daily pack is taken every night, and melatonin is a timing signal that earns its place on particular nights, like jet lag or a shifted schedule, more than on all of them. The five compounds here work on the arousal that keeps sleep from starting and staying: muscle tension, a head that will not stop, a stress baseline that never drops. If you want unconsciousness in a capsule, this is the wrong product.

What this pack is for

  • Supports faster sleep onset without the next-morning fog of a sedative
  • Helps maintain magnesium and glycine intake, two of the most common shortfalls in poor sleepers
  • Promotes a calmer mental off-switch at bedtime, for the nights your head will not shut up
  • Supports a lower stress baseline when everyday stress is the thing keeping you awake
  • Built to be taken every night: no melatonin and nothing that knocks you out

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: magnesium and glycine act soonest. Look for easier sleep onset and fewer 3 a.m. wakeups, most noticeably if your magnesium intake was low to begin with.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: theanine settles in. Bedtime starts to feel like something your body expects rather than something you negotiate.
  3. 038+ weeks: ashwagandha is the slow one. The research showing lower stress scores ran about that long, so judge it at week eight, not week two.

Questions

What does a five-supplement subscription get me that five bottles do not?

You can absolutely buy them separately. Most people do it once, end up with five bottles at five different serving sizes, and quit by week three. This is the same five compounds in the right forms, third-party tested, pre-sorted into nightly packets, delivered monthly. Pricing is flat by count, so swapping any compound for any other one leaves your price exactly where it was.

Why is there no melatonin?

Because this pack is taken every night, and melatonin is a timing signal rather than a sleeping pill. It earns its place on particular nights, like jet lag or a schedule that has shifted, more than on all of them. The compounds here work on what keeps most people awake instead: tension, a busy head and a stress baseline that never drops.

Why is taurine in a sleep pack? Isn't it in energy drinks?

It is, and it is not what gives an energy drink its kick: that is the caffeine. Taurine has no stimulant activity. It has calming activity at the receptor level in animal work, and an evening dose will not keep you up. The human sleep evidence is thin, so it plays a supporting role here, behind magnesium glycinate and glycine, which do the heavier lifting.

Are these the doses the research used?

Not all of them, and we would rather say so. Most magnesium sleep research used 200–400 mg, and one capsule here is 133 mg. The glycine sleep trials used 3 g, and one capsule here is 850 mg. A pack holds each supplement once, so this is what one capsule of each delivers. Theanine at 200 mg is inside its studied range, ashwagandha at 500 mg is close to the 600 mg most stress trials used, and taurine has no settled sleep dose to compare against.

What if it is not right for me?

Then we rebuild it. The consultation builds a pack of four to eight compounds from the whole formulary around your answers, or you can swap a compound yourself between shipments. Your tier is set by how many supplements are in the pack, not which ones. Two honest cautions first. If you are pregnant or nursing, skip ashwagandha and talk to your clinician before starting anything here. And if poor sleep is persistent or disrupting your daily life, that is a conversation for a doctor, not a supplement pack.

How locked in am I?

Barely. It is a monthly subscription: skip a month, pause, change compounds, or cancel from your account. No annual commitment, no minimum number of shipments. Supplements only do anything if you actually take them, so we would rather you pause honestly than pay for boxes stacking up unopened in a drawer.

Not sure this is the right pack?

The consultation matches your answers against all 52 compounds. No card required to see your results.
