The Men's Essentials Pack

Six compounds, one packet a day, doses that match the research instead of the label art.

This is the five-to-six things most men actually run short on, at the doses used in the research — not the testosterone-booster aisle. No proprietary blends, no "anabolic matrix," nothing dosed at a sprinkle so it can be listed on the panel. The case for every item here gets stronger after 40, not weaker: vitamin D status declines, muscle protein synthesis gets lazier, and the argument for creatine and omega-3 goes from optional to obvious.

What this pack is for

  • Covers the four shortfalls that show up most in adult men: vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium, and zinc.
  • Creatine at a full 5 g — the most-studied performance compound there is, and it supports the brain as well as the muscle.
  • Boron at 6–10 mg, the range actually used in the free-testosterone research, rather than a token amount for the label.
  • Right forms, not cheapest forms: magnesium bisglycinate chelate, zinc bisglycinate, D3 with K2, omega-3 as EPA/DHA.
  • Pre-sorted into daily packets, third-party tested, pharmaceutical-grade, delivered monthly.

The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: Nothing dramatic, and be suspicious of anything that promises otherwise. Magnesium in the evening is usually the first thing people notice — easier wind-down, less muscle tension at night.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: Creatine saturates muscle stores at 5 g a day in roughly three to four weeks. Training output and mental stamina under load are where it shows up first.
  3. 038+ weeks: Vitamin D, zinc, and boron are slow-build items. Give them two to three months, then re-test your vitamin D level rather than guessing at it.
  • 52 clinical-grade compounds
  • 4 to 8 per pack
  • Third-party tested

Questions

What does a six-supplement subscription actually buy me?

One thing sets your price: how many supplements are in the pack. Six, here. Not which six — swap any compound for any other and the price does not move, so the choice stays a health decision instead of a budget one. For that you get thirty pre-sorted daily packets instead of six bottles and a pill organizer, third-party tested pharmaceutical-grade material, and one delivery date instead of six reorders.

What if I do not want all six?

Then take five, or swap one out. This is a starting point, not a fixed SKU. The formulary runs 52 compounds and a pack holds four to eight, so the quiz asks what you are actually solving for and builds from there. Already taking creatine? Vitamin D already high? That slot goes to something more useful to you. Trading one compound for another leaves your price where it was — only the count moves you between tiers.

What if this isn't the right pack for me?

Then change it — but two flags first. Zinc and boron are hormone-adjacent, so if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition, clear this pack with your clinician before starting. Beyond that: if a compound disagrees with you, or you would rather aim at sleep or recovery, drop it from next month's packet.

Am I locked into anything?

No. It is month to month, not a year of bottles bought up front. Packs ship monthly and your formula stays editable between shipments — add a compound, remove one, or pause delivery from your account. The only thing we would ask is that you give any change about eight weeks before you judge it.
