Men's Max Vitality
Support the system that makes the hormones. Every dose disclosed, no number-chasing.
Built for men, this pack supports the system that makes the hormones. It removes handbrakes; it does not replace medical therapy. Be clear-eyed about the ceiling: no legal supplement raises testosterone the way medical treatment does, and the honest job of zinc, vitamin D, magnesium, boron and ashwagandha is correcting the shortfalls and stress load that suppress your own production. Fenugreek is here for drive, where its trials found a modest lift in self-reported libido, not to move a lab number. If you have persistent symptoms, get two morning blood tests with a clinician before you buy anything, including this.
What this pack is for
- Supports healthy testosterone production by correcting the mineral and vitamin shortfalls most likely to be holding it down.
- Helps maintain a calmer stress response with KSM-66, the best-studied ashwagandha extract for perceived stress.
- Supports libido and drive: 500 mg of fenugreek is the amount the sexual-function trials used, and their signal was modest.
- Supports the sleep quality that is itself a hormonal intervention.
- Plays a role in free-testosterone balance via boron, at the dose the small human studies actually used.
- Six compounds at disclosed doses instead of a proprietary "T-booster" blend that hides them.
What's inside
Zinc
Vitamin D + K2
Magnesium Glycinate
Boron
Ashwagandha
Fenugreek
The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.
You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.
What to expect
- 01Week 1: nothing hormonal. If magnesium at night improves your sleep, that is the first domino, and it is a real one.
- 02Weeks 2–4: boron moves fastest of the six. The small human studies on SHBG and free testosterone ran anywhere from one to eight weeks.
- 038+ weeks: the honest window. Ashwagandha stress trials ran eight weeks, the fenugreek libido trials six to twelve, and zinc or vitamin D correction shows up over two to three months. Judge it on energy, drive, training output and morning readiness, not one lab number.
- 52 clinical-grade compounds
- 4 to 8 per pack
- Third-party tested
- Delivered monthly
Questions
Is a subscription worth it for six basic nutrients?
They are basic on purpose: the boring nutrients are the ones with evidence behind them. What the six-supplement tier buys you is correct forms, disclosed doses, third-party testing, and never managing six bottles again.
What if I already take vitamin D or zinc?
Then do not buy them twice. Build your own pack and leave out what you already take, or let the consultation build one from your answers: four to eight compounds from the whole formulary. Drop the zinc, add rhodiola or CoQ10, keep the rest. Trading one compound for another never changes your price; only the number of supplements does. What you see here is the common starting configuration, not a fixed box.
Will fenugreek raise my testosterone?
Probably not by much, and we would rather tell you now. The testosterone trials are small and contradict each other. The more consistent finding, at the 500 mg in this pack, is a modest improvement in self-reported libido, which is why it is here. One thing nobody warns you about: it can make your sweat smell of maple syrup. That is harmless, and it does not wear off.
Who should skip this pack?
It is built for men. Anyone pregnant or nursing should not take it: ashwagandha, boron and fenugreek are not appropriate then. If you take thyroid, blood-pressure, blood-sugar, sedative or hormone medication, clear it with your clinician first, since ashwagandha in particular can interact. Take the pack two hours apart from any prescription, because fenugreek can slow how oral medications are absorbed, and skip this pack if you react to peanuts or chickpeas: fenugreek is a legume. And if you suspect a genuine hormonal problem, blood work with a clinician comes before supplements, not after.
Can I cancel if I do not notice a difference?
Any time, between shipments. We would ask you to give it eight to twelve weeks first, because that is the window where deficiency correction and cortisol effects actually surface. One month here tells you close to nothing. Change compounds, pause, or cancel from your account without a phone call or a retention script.
