The GLP-1 Support Pack

For what the medication does not do: protecting muscle, minerals, and your gut on the way down.

This pack is designed to sit alongside a prescribed GLP-1 — semaglutide or tirzepatide — never to replace one and never as an alternative to one. Eating dramatically less means getting dramatically less of everything else, so these five cover lean mass, minerals, essential fats, and a gut adjusting to a much smaller food volume. Bring the list to your prescribing clinician before you start: slowed gastric emptying can change absorption timing, and they should see everything you take.

What this pack is for

  • Supports lean-mass retention during rapid weight loss — creatine at 5 g daily, behind the two primary levers, which are protein and resistance training.
  • Helps maintain magnesium status and bowel regularity when food and fiber volume drop.
  • Supports the gut while digestion recalibrates to a much smaller daily intake.
  • Covers the fat-soluble gap: D3 with K2 and EPA/DHA are the first things to disappear from a very small, very low-fat diet.
  • Five compounds, one packet a day, one flat monthly subscription.

The Vitamin D + K2 capsule also contains vitamins A and E. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your prescriber before starting, because vitamin K can work against it. If you take isotretinoin or another retinoid medicine, swap this capsule out of your pack: retinoids should not be combined with vitamin A supplements.

You pay for the number of supplements, not which ones. Swap any of these for anything else in the 52-compound formulary and your price stays exactly the same — only moving to a different pack size changes it.

What to expect

  1. 01Week 1: mostly logistics. Take D3+K2 and omega-3 with your largest meal, which on a GLP-1 may land much earlier in the day than you are used to.
  2. 02Weeks 2–4: magnesium in the evening is usually the first noticeable change, on regularity and on sleep. Adjust the dose to bowel tolerance.
  3. 038+ weeks: muscle preservation is measured in months, and the metrics are strength retention and body composition — not the scale. If nausea or dosing is the issue, that is a titration conversation with your prescriber, not a supplement one.

Questions

Is another monthly subscription justified on top of what the medication already costs?

A fair question when the prescription is expensive. The case is narrow and practical: the main risk of rapid weight loss is losing muscle along with the fat, and creatine plus adequate protein plus lifting is the cheapest insurance against that.

Can I adjust the pack if my clinician wants changes?

Yes, and you should. Take the list to your prescriber first, then use the quiz to build your pack — four to eight compounds from a 52-compound formulary. Add fiber or glutamine, drop the probiotic, or change nothing at all. Substituting one compound for another leaves your price untouched, so a clinician-driven swap never costs you anything. We would much rather you arrive with a clinician-approved list than take our default configuration on faith.

Will this help with nausea or other effects of my medication?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Side effects and dose titration are a conversation with the clinician who prescribed your medication. This pack does something narrower: it supports muscle, mineral status, essential fats, and digestion during a stretch when you are simply eating far less food than your body is used to.

What happens when I come off the medication?

Most people keep the creatine, omega-3, D3, and magnesium — those are daily foundations regardless of what you weigh. Swap out the probiotic, or move to the Daily Foundations Pack entirely. Packs ship monthly and you can change compounds, pause, or cancel between shipments, so the stack follows wherever your plan goes next.
