- 4 to 8 per pack
- Third-party tested
- No card to see results
Most people take supplements the way they'd guess a password: a bit of everything, hoping something works. The consultation replaces the guessing. It asks about your goals, your sleep, your stress, your diet and your training, then matches you to the compounds that fit — at the doses and forms we actually ship.
It's honest by design. If the evidence for something is thin, it won't be in your stack.
What it asks about
- Energy, sleep, stress and focus
- Training, recovery and body composition
- Diet pattern and life stage
- Hormones, immunity and healthy aging
Free. You see the whole stack, and the reason for every compound, before any payment step.

Questions
Is the supplement quiz free?
Yes. The quiz is free and no card is required to see your results. The full stack, the reasoning behind each compound, the doses, and the monthly price all appear before any payment step. If you look at it and decide it is not for you, close the tab — nothing gets charged and nothing gets shipped.
How long does the quiz take?
About two to three minutes. Ten to twelve questions depending on your answers, all multiple choice, none of them requiring you to dig out a lab report or measure anything. The only branching question is the hormonal one, which splits into separate sets for men and women so you are not answering things that do not apply to you.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is educational personalization — a structured way to match what you told us to compounds with reasonable evidence behind them. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace your clinician. Talk to one before starting anything new, and especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition.
What if I already take supplements?
Very common, and worth handling before you order. The quiz asks about your goals and routine, not what is on your shelf, so check your results against what you already take. If something overlaps with a well-dosed product you have, a magnesium or a fish oil, swap it for something else before you order, or build your own pack instead. Your price follows the number of supplements, not which ones.
Can I change my stack later?
Yes. Before you order, you can change any answer and watch the stack rebuild around it, or start over from the beginning — both are on the results screen. After you subscribe, you can change the contents, pause, or cancel from your account. Swapping one compound for another never changes what you pay; your price is set by how many supplements are in the pack, not which ones. Goals move around and seasons change; a stack you cannot edit is a stack you will eventually abandon.
How is this different from a generic multivitamin?
A multivitamin hands everyone the same twenty-odd nutrients at doses often too small to do much. This gives you four to eight compounds chosen off your specific answers, at the doses that show up in the research, in the forms worth paying for — KSM-66 ashwagandha, magnesium bisglycinate, D3 with K2.
Curious how we decide what goes in a stack? The reasoning behind every compound — evidence grades, doses, and what we leave out — is in the Learn library.
Ready when you are.
A stack built around your actual answers, not a category.
